Questions about turf in Denver.

Can I choose a putting green instead of a lawn?

We can discuss either use, or a layout that combines a green with another area. Start with the shots you want to practice and the yard space you want to keep available.

What affects the installation price?

The area, existing surface, access, removal, preparation, drainage and edge details all contribute to the scope. A free visit lets us put the work and turf options into a written estimate.

Do I need to check Colorado’s turf rules?

Check the proposed use and property type before ordering materials. A private yard, association common area and commercial site can raise different questions, and local requirements also matter. Our Colorado turf guide is a starting point for that review.

What about my HOA or water provider?

Obtain any applicable landscape and application requirements from the association. If a rebate is part of your budget, confirm current eligibility with the provider serving your address before committing to the work.

Will the surface need care in winter?

Follow the selected product’s instructions for snow, ice and debris, and inspect the surface before use. A synthetic yard still needs care and should not be treated as usable in every weather condition.
